Program & Services
Liberia Development Initiative (LDI) immediate programs include textbooks and stationery drive intended to collect used and new textbooks and stationery materials to assist kindergarten and early learning schools especially in the leeward counties. Fundraisers will also be used to raise money to help carry out LDI Projects.
LDI will also seek sponsorship from well-meaning persons including friends of Liberia to support microfinance initiatives for communities in the rural areas.
These programs will place heavy premium on supporting community farming projects that will help empower families in these communities thereby lessening their burdens. The economic condition has been largely responsible for parents using school going kids as street peddlers to win bread for the family.
